Cheese pizza/ Pizza recipe/ Cheese pizza with quick Pizza sauce

Sharing you a simple cheese pizza recipe with quick pizza sauce and homemade pizza crust. Do try.

Pizza Dough:
All Purpose flour/ Plain flour - 2 cups ( 260 g)
Instant Yeast-1 & 1/2 teaspoon
Salt-1/2 teaspoon
Sugar- 2 teaspoon
Olive oil-1&1/2 tablespoon
Luke warm water-3/4 cup (180 ml)

Pizza Sauce:
Tomato Ketchup-1/2 Cup
Salt-1/2 teaspoon
Sugar-2 teaspoon
Oregano-1/2 teaspoon
Paprika/ Chilli powder-1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder-1/4 teaspoon ( optional) ( I didn't add)

Mozzarella cheese-1 cup
