A chicken dish made with mushrooms and a tomato sauce is most commonly called Chicken Cacciatore (or Pollo Cacciatore). This rustic, "hunter-style" Italian dish typically braises chicken in a rich tomato sauce with mushrooms, onions, herbs, and sometimes bell peppers.
This is my quick and easy favourite dish with Asian twist using just simple ingredients.
