1 can of corn, drained
1 can of mild rotel
1 tbsp of taco seasoning @Tone's Seasonings
1/2 cup of sour cream or Greek yogurt @FAGE
1/4 cup of mayo

Top with sharp cheddar cheese
Sliced green onions
Top with Fritos, Doritos, or I used the elote corn dipper chips from Trader Joe’s
