Creamy Bacon & Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:
Pasta — 150 g
Bacon — 200 g
Mushrooms — 100 g
Onion — 1/2
Heavy cream — 150 g
Parmesan — 20 g
Parsley
Dried garlic
Salt & pepper

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, reserving some pasta water.

Fry the bacon until golden and crispy, then remove it from the pan.

In the same pan, sauté the onion and mushrooms. Add the bacon back in, pour in the cream and a little pasta water.

Add Parmesan, dried garlic, salt and pepper. Add the cooked pasta and mix everything together until creamy.

Finish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
