Ingredients & Process:
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Onion
1 Green Chilli
1/2 Tsp Salt
Coriander Leaves
Mix Well
1 And 1/4 Cup Water In A Pan
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Oil
Let It Boil
1 Cup Flour
Mix Well
Make Dough
Cool Down For 5 Min.
Knead Well
Take Some Dough
Roll
Fry The Roti On Medium Heat
Oil
Fry Both Sides Well
Pour Egg Mixture
Flip And Fry Well
1 Tsp Oil
1/4 Cup Onion
2 Tbsp Each Red, Yellow, Green Capsicum
1/2 Tsp Pepper Powder
1/4 Tso Salt
Saute For 1 Min.
Keep Aside
Now Assemble The Paratha
Spread Tomato Sauce
Add Saute Vegetables
Carrot, Cucumber
Roll
