Ingredients:

Water 1/2 Cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
All purpose flour 1 Cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Mix
Make a Dough
Cool Down Completely & knead
Egg one
Chopped Onion 2 tbsp
Green Chilli 2
Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes 1/4 tsp
Mix well
Take Some Dough
Roll
Fry the Roti both sides
Oil 2 tbsp
Pour Some Egg batter
Place the Roti
Spread some mozzarella cheese
Fold
