I wanted crispy fried chicken, but I did not want the grease, the mess, or the whole production. So I made this crispy oven fried chicken using a simple shake and bake style method. The chicken gets seasoned with Uncle Dibbz Durtty Bird Rub, then the dry coating gets Uncle Dibbz Straight Drop Rub for that crunchy, seasoned crust. Bake it hot, flip it halfway, and you get an easy chicken dinner that feels like comfort food without standing over a skillet.
