I marinate bone in pork chops with buttermilk, hot sauce, and Uncle Dibbz Durtty Bird Rub, then coat them in a crispy breadcrumb mix seasoned with Uncle Dibbz Straight Drop Rub. They bake at 425°F until golden on the outside and juicy in the middle.
