Bengali Sardine Bhuna | Easy Tinned Sardine Recipe

Got a tin of sardines? Turn it into this delicious, spicy and flavour-packed Bengali-style sardine bhuna! This quick and easy fish recipe is perfect for busy days when you want a satisfying homemade meal without spending ages in the kitchen.

Ingredients list | Recipe

Drain the oil from the tin and fry:
1 garlic clove
1 Red onion
2 green chilli

Season with:
½ tsp salt
½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp tomato purée
Sardines from tin
Handfull cherry tomato
Fresh coriander to garnish
squeeze a wedge of lemon before eating!
