Full recipe here:
70g plain flour
1 scoop White Choc Raspberry Swirl Vegan 360
135g oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
Pinch of salt
360g ripe bananas, mashed (approx 3-4 bananas)
280g dairy free greek style yoghurt
50ml dairy free milk
2 chia eggs (2 tbsp chia seeds mixed into 6 tbsp water)
2 tbsp oil (olive oil or vegetable oil)
100g raspberries
Raspberries and sprinkle of oats for toping (optional)
Preheat the oven to 170°C fan and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth, then whisk in the wet ingredients.
Add the flour, oats, protein powder, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and a pinch of salt. Fold together until just combined (add a dash of extra milk if your mixture is too thick)
Fold through the raspberries
Spoon the mixture into the lined loaf tin and press in some extra raspberries and top with a sprinkle of oats.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until golden, and a tooth pick inserted into the centre comes out clean (if the top starts to brown too quickly, loosely cover with foil for the final 15 minutes)
Leave to cool in the tin completely before removing and slicing.
