Ingredients
Pizza sauce:
* 1 tablespoon butter
* 1 tablespoon oil
* 1 onion, finely chopped
* 1 bell pepper, finely chopped
* 1 tablespoon tomato paste
* 1 can crushed tomatoes
* Salt, to taste
* Oregano, to taste
* A little curry powder
* Thyme, to taste
* Black pepper, to taste

Pizza dough for one pizza:
250g flour
150ml warm water
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar

Instructions

Heat the butter and oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, then cook until they soften.

Add the tomato paste and stir well, cooking for about 1 minute to bring out its flavor.

Pour in the crushed tomatoes and add the salt, oregano, curry powder, thyme, and black pepper. Stir everything together.

Lower the heat and let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once it has thickened slightly and the flavors have come together, it’s ready to spread over your pizza dough.
