During my mini trip to Melbourne, I decided to challenge myself and have a go at making my own meal, and the result was this delicious pasta dish!

There were a few challenges since I wasn’t cooking in my own kitchen, but the ingredients were super fresh from the market, so the meal turned out fantastic.

If you can get your hands on the ingredients, it’s definitely worth a try!
