Insanely Flavorful Lebanese Spaghetti Recipe

This is a pasta dish that most of you have never heard of: Lebanese Spaghetti.

Ingredients:
- Spaghetti
- Greek Yogurt
- Fresh Garlic
- Pine Nuts
- Butter
- Olive Oil
- Dried Mint
- Salt

Add Greek yogurt, salt, and a clove of grated garlic to a bowl. Mix and set aside.

Salt a pot of water, bring to a boil, and add the spaghetti. Cook until al dente.

Add a little oil and butter to a pan over low-medium heat. Sliver a clove of garlic, add to the pan, and sauté until fragrant— not browned.

Add pine nuts, toss well, and sauté until they just begin to golden. Remove from the heat.

Add the spaghetti to the bowl with the yogurt sauce and top with the garlic and pine nuts. Add a pinch of dried mint and toss until the pasta is well coated in sauce. Plate, drizzle with a little more olive oil, and serve.

I love pasta, but I hate how rich and heavy it can be. This recipe is so easy, super flavorful, and won't make you feel weighed down and sluggish after eating it.
