These are amazing, not only because they taste incredible, but because they're so easy to make.

Everything goes into one bowl, gets pressed onto a tray and baked until beautifully caramelised. We serve ours with hummus, garlic yoghurt and a simple tomato and onion salad.

And if there are leftovers? They're just as good the next day.

Because more is more.
