My favorite spaghetti na laging ubos pag may handaan kami!
Recipe ito ng wife ko na sure akong magugustuhan din ninyo. Rich, creamy, savory, meaty, at talagang Filipino-style ang lasa!

Ingredients
For the Spaghetti Sauce:
• 2 to 3 tbsp cooking oil
• ½ bulb garlic, minced
• 2 medium red onions, minced
• ½ kg ground beef
• 1 tbsp salt
• ¼ cup butter (50 grams)
• 1-2 tsp ground black pepper (Start with 1 tsp while sautéing, then adjust to taste at the end)
• 10 pieces regular-size hotdogs, sliced. We used Tender Juicy.
• 2 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 small can liver spread. We used Reno.
• 1 small bell pepper, minced
• 1 medium carrot, grated
• 1 can mushrooms, stems and pieces (do not include the liquid)
• 1 small Del Monte tomato paste
• 1 Filipino-Style Del Monte Spaghetti Sauce (900 g)
• 1 pack Nestlé All Purpose Cream
• ½ Eden cheese, grated

This recipe is for 1kg of pasta or more, depends how much sauce you put.

For Serving:
• Cooked spaghetti noodles
• Extra grated cheese for topping
