Welcome back to Will It Pasta? Where I try to turn every food into pasta. This episode marks the first entry of meat & seafood shaped pastas. A particularly tricky category of ingredients to replicate in pasta form with its own special set of challenges.

This episode is a prawn shaped pasta made from three doughs. A tomato powder dough for the pink, an egg white dough for the white, and a paprika dough for the crimson. Stuffed with a prawn, tarragon, chilli, and lemon filling.
