With roasted potatoes, roasted cherry tomatoes and pesto vinaigrette, this potato salad is different than a traditional recipe. I give the fingerling potatoes a head start in the oven. Then I roast the tomatoes on another pan. The no-mayo dressing is bright and fresh with basil pesto, white wine vinegar and olive oil. This is an easy summer side dish.
