This beautiful Chicken Cake is made with layers of sandwich bread, shredded chicken, pickles, canned mushrooms, canned corn, carrot, mayonnaise and strained yogurt.

Ingredients:
• Sandwich bread
• 300g cooked shredded chicken breast
• 100g pickles
• 150g canned mushrooms
• 100g canned corn
• 1 medium carrot
• 4 tbsp mayonnaise
• 4 tbsp strained yogurt
• Salt
• Black pepper

Method:
Mix the shredded chicken, pickles, carrot, mushrooms, corn, mayonnaise, strained yogurt, salt and black pepper. Layer the mixture between slices of sandwich bread, cover the cake with mayonnaise, then decorate with pickles, mushrooms and carrot.
