You might have seen me post this recipe before and that's because it is one of my most favorite ways to eat garden tomatoes - right up there with a simple tomato sandwich!! My mother got this recipe from her friend, Janet, a million (or at least 40) years ago and we have made it every summer since on repeat. Honestly - I could eat this entire pie in one sitting!!
