SHEET PAN PIZZA TATER TOTS

Ingredients:
1 bag frozen tater tots
14oz jar pizza sauce
shredded mozzarella cheese
mini pepperoni slices
grated parmesan cheese
red pepper flakes

Instructions:
On a foil-lined baking sheet, bake frozen tater tots at 425° for 20-24 minutes, flipping halfway through. On another foil-lined baking sheet, pour pizza sauce evenly, followed by an even layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, and mini pepperoni slices (add any of your favorite pizza toppings too!). Bake at 425° for 8-10 minutes, and broil on high for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Slide and pour pizza pan over baked tater tots, then top with a little grated parmesan and red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
