We Put the Viral Chicken Cutlet on the Blackstone - It Actually Worked!

We took the viral chicken cutlet recipe and gave it a Blackstone griddle twist! Instead of baking the ground chicken cutlet in the oven, we shallow-fried it on the Blackstone for an extra-crispy panko crust. Then we turned it into sliders inspired by the classic McChicken sandwich.

The ground chicken was pressed into a large thin patty, coated with crispy panko breadcrumbs, and formed into the perfect size for King’s Hawaiian rolls. The result was a tray of crispy chicken sliders that tasted like homemade McChicken sandwiches - and they’re perfect for feeding a hungry crowd!

We used two pounds of ground chicken for this cook, but next time, we would use about 1¼ to 1½ pounds. That amount would make thinner chicken patties that fit the Hawaiian rolls even better. Even so, these Blackstone chicken sliders were absolutely fantastic!

If you’re looking for an easy Blackstone griddle recipe, a viral ground chicken recipe, or a fun party food idea, you need to try these crispy chicken cutlet sliders.
