This easy baked spaghetti casserole is perfect for busy weeknights, family dinners, meal prep, and cozy weekend meals.

Half Recipe

Ingredients:

8 oz spaghetti
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups marinara or tomato pasta sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
½ cup shredded cheddar or Parmesan
Salt and black pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until just al dente, then drain.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onion until softened.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add marinara sauce and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
Toss the cooked spaghetti with the meat sauce until evenly coated.
Transfer to a greased baking dish and cover generously with mozzarella and cheddar.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) until hot and bubbly, then broil briefly until golden. Garnish with parsley and serve.
