This is Marco Pierre Whites signature dish- Tagliatelle of oysters and caviar, a dish he served when he won 3 Michelin stars in 1995, which he returned to Michelin in 1999 and ended up closing his restaurant. A homemade egg pasta is served with a lightly poached oysters and cucumber strips, dressed with a French beurre blanc sauce and topped with caviar
