Ingredients:
• 6 brioche buns
• 500 g ground beef
• 1/2 onion
• 4 pickles
• 6 slices cheddar cheese
• 100 g shredded cheese
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp mustard
• Salt & pepper

Cook the ground beef with the onion until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then add ketchup and mustard and mix well.

Layer the brioche buns with cheddar, cooked beef, sliced pickles, and shredded cheese. Cover with the top buns.

Bake at 200°C for 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.

Perfect when you need to make a whole batch of cheeseburgers for a crowd at once!
