I call this my Yiayia-approved chicken and potatoes. One of my favorite Greek recipes of all time!

The secret is the marinade: lemon juice, a hard tilt of dried Greek oregano, and more garlic than feels reasonable. It hits crispy, skin-on chicken and Yukon Gold potatoes that spend the whole bake soaking up all that liquid gold.
