Ingredients

2 boxes honey jiffy cornbread
2 eggs
2/3 cup whole milk
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tbsp salted butter
1/2 tbsp honey (optional but recommended if using the original jiffy cornbread. The Honey on eis already sweet so you could skip this.)

glaze
1/2 tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp honey

Note:

If you do not want sweet cornbread use the original jiffy or the vegetarian jiffy and do not add any additional sugar. For the top, only use butter.
