Las Vegas just got an incredible new Italian restaurant where all the pastas and sauces are handmade. After spending time in this kitchen, I think some of the city's established Italian favorites have some serious competition.
As a former chef and restaurant owner, I've spent a good part of my life preparing and enjoying Italian food. And when I find a chef who puts this much care into making everything from scratch, I take notice.
