Five dinners, all planned and shopped for, and I'm walking you through every one. Sunday is a chicken alfredo bake that goes straight into the pan — you don't boil the noodles first, you just cover it with foil and let the oven turn it creamy and bubbly — with brookie cups for dessert, because this time I pressed a miniature Reese's into the middle where the caramel usually goes and they were gone that fast. Monday is pork fusion wraps in a glossy apricot-ginger sauce, and for the kids who don't want a wrap, I spoon it over rice with crunchy carrots and peanuts instead. Tuesday is lemon garlic chicken thighs with herb lemon rice out of the rice cooker, Thursday is super simple baked fish with baked potatoes and roasted asparagus so the whole dinner is one oven, and Friday is chicken and steak fajitas where everybody builds their own.
The full plan, the complete grocery list, and a meal-by-meal shopping breakdown go up Saturday morning — and this week there's a bonus printable of my whole fall brunch: the menu, the recipes, and the timeline for the day.
