As soon is fall rolls around, I love to start roasting spaghetti squash in the oven. And this method for cutting the squash makes it so much easier (and safer!). You can fill it with so many different sauces, but my favorite is a meaty lasagna sauce that even my kids will request for dinner! It’s layers of sauce, cheese, and ground beef stuffed inside the squash and it’s so good!
