Your favourite spiced caramel cookie — made at home, with wholewheat flour, and so close to the original you'll do a double take.

Ingredients:

1/3cup, 80g Unsalted Butter
3/4 cup, 100g Raw Sugar/Khand
1 tbsp, 15ml Honey
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Clove
1 Cardamom pod,
1 small piece Star Anise
1/8 tsp Grated Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
1/8 tsp Salt
1-2 tbsp Water
1.5 cups, 200g Wholewheat Flour/Atta
1 tbsp, 6g Roasted Soybean Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda

Biscoff biscuits — also known as Speculoos cookies — have that very specific warmth that's hard to put your finger on. It comes from a careful blend of spices, and once you know what goes in, making them at home is far more achievable than you'd think. This version is eggless, made with wholewheat flour, and sweetened with raw sugar and honey to get as close to that signature Biscoff flavour as possible — no artificial flavours, no preservatives, just a homemade Speculoos cookie that genuinely holds its own against the packet.

Crispy, warmly spiced, and with that distinctive caramel depth — these eggless wholewheat Homemade Biscoff Bicuits are the kind of thing you make once and then keep making because everyone asks for the recipe.
