Creamy Spinach Pasta
-300g pasta of choice
-200g fresh spinach
-300g cherry tomatoes
-2 bulb of garlic (exposed)
-200 cream cheese
-1 squeeze of lemon
-1 tsp chicken powder
-3-4 tbsp olive oil
-Black pepper & Salt to taste
*add spinach, cherry tomatoes, garlic bulb (exposed) and cream cheese. Bake at 350F for 40 mins and then broil on high for around 5 mins. Enjoy :)
