Easy Summer Peach Tart

Ingredients
Overjoyed dessert shells
Signature Select whipped topping
Filling
3–4 ripe peaches, diced
2–3 tbsp sugar or maple syrup
1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:
Add peaches, sugar, lemon to a pan

Simmer for 5–7 minutes until juicy and softened.

Cool slightly and spoon into tart shells

Top with whipped topping.


Firecracker Hotdog skewers
Ingredients
1 packet Signature Select beef hotdogs
Half a pineapple, cubed
1-2 jalapeño, thinly sliced
Signature Select hot honey

Instructions:
Slice hotdogs into small bite sized chunks and sautee in a pan until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside for assembly.

Peel and slice the pineapple and pat dry with paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Add the pineapple to an oiled hot pan and alllow to caramalize on each side (approx 1-2 minutes per side) remove from the heat and set aside.

Thinly sliced the jalapeños and add to a bowl for quick assembly.

Thread each ingredient onto cocktail skewers allowing for 2 bites of each ingredient.

Add to a serving dish and drizzle with some hot honey.
