One of the recipes my husband requests the most, this fluffy focaccia recipe serves just 2 to 4.

My favorite thing about it (minus the super easy cleanup, obviously) is that you get to enjoy the whole loaf right out of the oven, there's no overnight proof, the bottom gets perfectly crispy, it pairs perfectly with soups and salads...

Okay, maybe I have a lot of favorite things about it ;)
